Before You Decide
We would rather you take your time than take a chance. Before committing to a piece, you are welcome to view it in person at our shop at Chinatown Point, Singapore, or ask us on WhatsApp for additional photographs and video in natural light. We will answer any question about a piece’s colour, translucence, dimensions and provenance honestly — including the things a photograph cannot show.
Final Sale
Because each piece is unique and changes keeper only once, all sales are final. Jade jewellery is not eligible for return, refund or exchange once collected. This protects the provenance and authenticity of every piece we offer — what we sell as untouched, one-of-a-kind jade truly is.
If Something Is Wrong
If a piece arrives with a defect in its setting or stringing, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of collection with photographs, and we will make it right. Craftsmanship faults are ours to fix; we stand behind our work.
